Today we’re talking about some important life lessons I’ve learned over the course of my 72 years on Earth, and more!

I’m always interviewing other people on Change It Up Radio and helping you to get to know my wonderful guests, but since today is my 72nd birthday I thought, “Well, maybe I’ll just do that for myself today!”

The truth is, I’ve never done something like this before, but I thought it might be fun to share some of my own thoughts and experiences I’ve had in my own life. Because let’s face it, I’ve been on this planet for 72 years now… I’ve seen some things! And, I’m happy to say that I’ve learned many valuable lessons that I’d love to share with you.

In this special birthday episode, I will discuss some of the major lessons I’ve learned in the last year, a very unexpected and painful experience I had this past summer and what I was able to take away from it, and three questions to ask yourself that can change your life. I will also be talking about what you can expect from this fall season of Change It Up Radio with our new theme, “Giants on the Road Less Traveled.”

People often ask Paula what she is doing that helps her appear and feel so youthful at her 72 years of age. This year she intends to blow the lid off any secrecy that has been present in the past.

I have been reluctant to talk about products because I was afraid people would feel that I was beating them over the head with something I am selling. However, I recently realized that by not talking about my Stem Cell Activating, and Age Reversing patches, I deny a lot of people the same opportunity I have had to look and feel great, even in my later years. So, in this episode, I mention the LifeWave X39 patches which have increased my collagen, smoothed my skin, eliminated pain, and given me the ability to work out with the 30-year-olds. I am thrilled with the results! If any of my listeners want to learn more, please email me at PaulaShawPatches@gmail.com or DM me on Facebook or Instagram. I’m happy to share info about something that has truly changed my life for the better.”

“Never forget how powerful you are. Your story is the story you choose to create, even though sometimes things happen to us that we don’t feel like we chose and we don’t like the way it feels. We still get to choose how we respond to it. We still get to choose whether we run with the negativity and the pain of it, or we decide that we’re going to be joyful and peaceful in spite of it.” – Paula Shaw

Paula Shaw was Certified by the Grief Recovery Institute’s Program through Loyola Marymount Univesity as a Grief Recovery Specialist. She has been helping grieving people for over 28 years, using mind/body techniques to guide them through the discomfort of change and challenge, eliminating stress, depression, anxiety, weight gain, relationship distress, career challenges, a lack of energy, and self-destructive, addictive behavior.

These tools bypass the conscious mind–which is often rendered useless when emotions overwhelm us–and they work directly with the subconscious mind to shift problematic thinking, feelings, and behaviors that can result. Through these methods, it is possible to feel a sense of power and control in your life in a very short time.

Paula helps individuals regain successful lives by quickly identifying and eliminating self-sabotaging behavior and limiting beliefs by uncovering and addressing their core issues. Working with a wide variety of healing modalities, she provides her clients with the most effective processes for their specific needs. Because every person has unique challenges, this customized approach is critical to their success.

Paula is also the author of Chakras, the Magnificent Seven, which is a primer to the Chakra System and how to use it for greater health and healing, Grief… When Will This Pain Ever End?, which looks at loss and grief and provides practical, simple articles, processes, and exercises to help a grieving person move through their pain and back into joyful living, and her latest book, Saying The Right Thing When You Don’t Know What To Say, which is a guide to navigating difficult conversations that provides five steps to creating helpful, healing conversations.

If you are experiencing issues that feel overwhelming and you think that you might need help to overcome them, Paula offers a complimentary 20-minute consult that you can book on her website www.PaulaShaw.com, or contact her at (858)-480-9234.

“In the end, the only thing that matters, really, is how you feel about yourself. How you feel you showed up, and if you did the best you could. We’re not responsible, nor can we control, how other people perceive us. That’s not our responsibility. Our responsibility is just to show up authentically and be our best selves, and give the best way that we can. That’s how we make an experience as bright and as meaningful and as filled with value as it can be.” – Paula Shaw
