Today we’re talking about how to end the year powerfully and productively, in a way that creates openness and clears the path to welcome positive energy and brand-new possibilities.

It’s that magical time… the beginning of a New Year! This is a time that fills us all with the hope that new, bigger, better things are possible and that maybe this will be the year when our dreams really do come true. Before you start celebrating this New Year’s Eve, I want to share how you can take a little bit of time to consciously end this year and think about what you want to create in the new one.

I learned some incredible principles in a Conscious Completion seminar that I did with JJ Joshua earlier this month that I found very helpful, because consciously completing events, experiences, and periods of time in your life truly enables you to enter into the next space of time clean and clear and open to what it has to offer you.

Conscious completion keeps your energy from becoming stuck and closed, and it prevents you from missing the moment and being too focused on past hurts. It allows bitterness, resentment, and regret to dissolve and creates space for joy, love, and gratitude. And best of all, it’s so simple!

In this episode, I’m going to talk about two principles on which conscious completion is based, why it’s important to consciously complete this year (as well as any experience, relationship, day, etc.), and what simple processes you can do now to joyously thrive and end this year in the most positive way possible.

Remember, whatever amount of time you invest in these processes and principles will return great dividends. Get started today, don’t wait until “tomorrow.” Your life is happening now, and now is the moment to start creating it the way you want it to be. After all, it’s a New Year, full of possibilities!

“It’s important that we end this year in the best way we can because if we don’t, we won’t go into the new year with fresh energy. We won’t go into the new year as open to new possibilities.”  –  Paula Shaw

Paula Shaw was Certified by the Grief Recovery Institute’s Program through Loyola Marymount Univesity as a Grief Recovery Specialist. She has been helping grieving people for over 28 years, using mind/body techniques to guide them through the discomfort of change and challenge, eliminating stress, depression, anxiety, weight gain, relationship distress, career challenges, a lack of energy, and self-destructive, addictive behavior.

These tools bypass the conscious mind–which is often rendered useless when emotions overwhelm us–and they work directly with the subconscious mind to shift problematic thinking, feelings, and behaviors that can result. Through these methods, it is possible to feel a sense of power and control in your life in a very short time.

Paula helps individuals regain successful lives by quickly identifying and eliminating self-sabotaging behavior and limiting beliefs by uncovering and addressing their core issues. Working with a wide variety of healing modalities, she provides her clients with the most effective processes for their specific needs. Because every person has unique challenges, this customized approach is critical to their success.

Paula is also the author of Chakras, the Magnificent Seven, which is a primer to the Chakra System and how to use it for greater health and healing, Grief… When Will This Pain Ever End?, which looks at loss and grief and provides practical, simple articles, processes, and exercises to help a grieving person move through their pain and back into joyful living, and her latest book, Saying The Right Thing When You Don’t Know What To Say, which is a guide to navigating difficult conversations that provides five steps to creating helpful, healing conversations.

If you are experiencing issues that feel overwhelming and you think that you might need help to overcome them, Paula offers a complimentary 20-minute consult that you can book on her website www.PaulaShaw.com, or contact her at (858)-480-9234.

“Everything we do, everything we think, impacts the energy of peace. Let’s all commit to making 2022 a year of peace. Peace within, peace with your life and your relationships, and peace on our planet. Peace for this beautiful environment and all its inhabitants.” –  Paula Shaw
